  Strongholds start at level 9 or something like that, right? In that case it should be… oh, no, you don’t want to know.

Well, yes. I mean, obviously, right? That was the whole point, to make this sort of thing unacceptable in civil society, and it has succeeded. No reputable source would publish this now.
